The Open Split
Everything the design studio and the build team need to take the chosen layout from approved concept to print-ready artwork and on-floor build. Specs, copy, and the client-facing mockup brief, in one place.
Open product neighbourhoods, not boxes.
Two open product neighbourhoods sit on the floor itself, marked only by colour and low plinths. An Energy group gathers Battery, Solar and Heat Pump. Water Pro sits across from it. A cross-shaped aisle cuts both axes so visitors enter from all four sides, and the centre of the cross is a shared hospitality and photo point, the heart between the energy story and the water story. Nothing rises above hip height except the overhead fascia and the flags, so the whole stand reads in one glance from any direction.
Nothing above 1.1m
All plinths and counters are hip height. Sightlines stay clear across the whole island. The only tall elements are the overhead fascia ring and the vertical flags.
Colour does the wayfinding
Each neighbourhood owns a colour. Visitors navigate by hue, not by signage walls. Gold is reserved as the single strongest accent for flags, iPad markers and calls to action.
The crossing is the heart
Where the two aisles meet sits hospitality and the photo moment. It is the social centre that connects the energy neighbourhood to the Water Pro launch.
The floor, set out.
12m wide by 6m deep, open on all four sides. The cross-shaped aisle is roughly 2m wide on both axes. The Energy neighbourhood holds the left field, the Water Pro neighbourhood holds the right, and the central crossing carries hospitality, the photo wall and the two iPad lead stations. The Water Pro bar backs onto the right edge so its overhead services and concealed storage stay off the main sightlines.
Battery, Solar, Heat Pump.
Three hip-height product plinths grouped on the left pad, each owning its colour. Battery and Solar sit on the top row facing the top entry, Heat Pump sits below toward the crossing. Each plinth is a product display surface plus a low graphic face, with the product or a scale model sitting on top and the message on the front.

A working bar, not a counter.
The Water Pro tasting becomes a real bar that pours live filtered water. It runs on actual services fed from the roof, so this element is a build-and-services spec, not just a graphic wrap. The bar backs onto the right edge of the island. The customer side faces the tasting and standing space; the service side faces the edge, hidden from the main sightlines, and is where all the working kit lives.

The service totem and concealed runs
| Element | Requirement | Design / concealment note |
|---|---|---|
| Roof feed | Fresh water supply and electricity drop from the roof in a single pipe run down to the bar. | House the drop inside a vertical service totem clad in mineral-blue to read as a deliberate brand pillar, not a utility. Totem sits at the rear corner of the bar against the edge. |
| Reverse osmosis unit | RO unit producing the filtered drinking water for tasting. | Sits in the boxed service zone under the counter. Ventilated, accessible from the rear access panel. |
| Chiller | Chiller attached to the RO so the pour is cold. | Co-located with the RO under-counter. Allow airflow clearance and a power point on the roof-fed electricity supply. |
| Sink | A working sink at the bar for rinsing glasses and service. | Set into the service side of the counter top. Plumb to fresh feed and into the waste run. |
| Waste-water container | A large covered container for the reverse-osmosis waste water. | Concealed in the boxed service zone, covered and sealed against splash and smell. Sized for a full fair day between empties, with easy rear access to swap or drain. |
| Pipe + cable storage | Dedicated storage for the water, electricity and waste-water pipes and any slack. | A boxed-in storage channel running the length of the service side. Keeps coiled slack, spare lengths and connections tidy and out of sight, with the same rear access. |
Hospitality, photo, flags, fascia.
The centre of the cross is the social heart, and the vertical elements are the only things that rise above hip height. Together they make the stand legible from across the hall and pull people into the middle.

The visual to show the client.
Paste this into Gemini image generation to produce a photorealistic render of Option 04 for Antoine and Daniel. It is written to match the locked layout exactly, so the mockup and the build stay in sync. Generate the hero three-quarter view first, then run the two alternate angles below it for a small set.
A photorealistic 3D architectural render of a modern 12 metre by 6 metre open island exhibition stand at an indoor trade fair, shot in a wide three-quarter aerial view from above head height, professional exhibition photography, soft even hall lighting, shallow depth of field on the background crowd. The stand is fully open on all four sides with no walls or cubicles. A cross-shaped walkway cuts through both axes, creating four open entrances and a central crossing. Everything on the floor is hip height, about 1.1 metres, so the whole stand is visible in one glance. The only tall elements are a suspended overhead fascia ring in the centre and five tall vertical flags on the outer edges. On the LEFT side, an energy product neighbourhood with three low display plinths, each in its own colour: one teal plinth labelled "Battery", one warm amber plinth labelled "Solar", and one light blue plinth labelled "Heat Pump". Each plinth has a real product or scale model on top and a printed graphic on the front. The plinths sit on the open floor, grouped together, marked only by colour and low form. On the RIGHT side, a Water Pro neighbourhood built around a real working bar about 3 metres long that backs onto the right edge of the stand. The bar is finished in mineral blue with a clean solid-surface top, a chilled water tap, sample glasses and a glass rack. People stand at the customer side of the bar tasting glasses of cold filtered water. Behind the bar, against the stand edge, a slim vertical service totem clad in mineral blue conceals pipework dropping from the ceiling. The working parts, sink, filtration and storage, are fully boxed in and hidden from view. In the CENTRE, where the two walkways cross, a hospitality and photo point with low soft seating, a small low table, and a hip-height branded photo wall in deep indigo purple carrying an elegant headline in cream with a gold italic emphasis. A gold circular floor decal marks the crossing. Two slim gold lead-capture plinths, each holding an iPad on a stand, sit at the front of each neighbourhood and read as the brightest gold accents on the stand. The suspended overhead fascia ring is a four-sided banner reading "Power your home. Cut your bills." with a gold strip reading "WATER PRO · €12/month", visible from every direction. Colour and brand: dark charcoal and warm neutral structure, with disciplined colour blocking, teal, amber, light blue and mineral blue for the product zones, deep indigo purple for the central photo point, and a single strong gold accent used only on the flags, the iPad plinths and key calls to action. Premium, calm, confident, clean-energy brand feel. Matt finishes throughout, no gloss. Realistic visitors browsing and a couple tasting water at the bar. High detail, crisp, photorealistic, 16:9.
Same 12m by 6m open island clean-energy exhibition stand as described, now shot at eye level from one of the four open entrances looking down the cross-shaped walkway toward the central hospitality and photo crossing. Foreground shows a gold iPad lead-capture plinth and the edge of a coloured product neighbourhood; mid-ground shows the deep indigo photo wall at the crossing; background shows the mineral-blue Water Pro bar with people tasting water. Suspended gold fascia ring overhead reading "Power your home. Cut your bills." Tall gold edge flags frame the entrance. Photorealistic, soft hall lighting, 16:9.
Close three-quarter view of the Water Pro bar on the right side of the same open clean-energy exhibition stand. A 3 metre mineral-blue bar with a clean solid-surface top, a chilled tap pouring a glass of cold filtered water, sample glasses and a glass rack on the counter, and the front face carrying "Fresh, filtered water. Straight from your tap." with a "€12/month" strip. Behind the bar, a slim vertical mineral-blue service totem conceals a pipe run dropping from the ceiling; all working equipment is boxed in and hidden. Two visitors taste water while a staff member pours. Hip-height, open, premium, matt finish, single gold accent on nearby signage. Photorealistic, 16:9.
