The MFCC Campaign,
end to end
Every moving part of the fair in one place. The stand concepts you pick from, the build and print path, the lead capture engine, the on-site days, and the post-fair wrap. This is what we deliver between now and the fair, and who owns each piece.
Two big moves, one floor
This is not a normal fair year for Bajada. Two moments land at the same time, in front of a live Maltese audience, in the same space. The stand is where a new product and live grant demand meet. The whole campaign is built so each one carries the other.
Water Pro launch
Bottled-quality water on a monthly subscription, in front of the public for the first time. The hero of the stand and the overhead fascia.
PV Grant window
The government PV incentive is driving live demand for Solar, Battery and Heat Pump. The fair turns that demand into booked leads.
Pick the layout, then we build
Design takes the longest, so the stand comes first. You flagged the worry that the early concept read like cubicles. That is fully fixed. All four options are open islands you walk straight into, hip-height partitions only, and they read from every side with the same Water Pro hero overhead.
Nine workstreams, four phases
Everything we are fulfilling for the fair, grouped by the order it happens. Each line shows what it covers and who owns it. All nine are live and tracked in ClickUp.
Stand design and print-ready artwork
Fascia, back wall, side flags and partitions. Full visual system across the chosen layout, set to print spec.
